Ground from the entire grain, our whole wheat flour is rich in color, flavor and vitamins.
Our walnut pieces are of the highest quality – harvested from sunny California and USDA No. 1 Graded. They are the perfect size for mixing into each batch of our Cranberry Walnut Cookies so that every bite is full of nutty goodness.
We use super-moist, American grown, sweetened dried cranberries in our Cranberry Walnut Cookies. Our cranberries are of the highest quality, and contain 95% of their fruit pectin and over 50% of their natural acid, for a delicious tartness with each bite.
Derived from juicy seedless grapes, our raisins are grown and sun-dried in California. The tasty black raisins we use are high in potassium and low in sodium.
We use only preservative- and additive-free Spanish fig paste in our cookies. Spanish figs grow in the rich, Mediterranean sunlight and when fully mature, are ground into seedless paste.
Specially selected dates are ground into a rich and thick paste and provide additional moisture and sweetness in our cookies.
We add a little bit of salt to our cookies to add salty flavor, and enhance the flavor of other ingredients, such as sugar and vanilla.
Dextrose is a natural sweetener made from corn. It’s less sweet than cane sugar, and gives a light and cool taste to your palate.

We use unsweetened applesauce that is made from whole, peeled apples.
We use a special blend of plant-based oils, which consist of sustainable palm oil and canola oil.

Found in many citrus fruits, citric acid enhances the flavor of our fig filling and also acts as a natural preservative.
Corn syrup (not to be confused with High Fructose Corn Syrup, a different compound) is a syrup that adds sweetness while preserving moisture.
We use this sugar syrup to sweeten our products because it is less prone to crystallization than other sugars, meaning that is more likely to keep our cookies softer and moister than other sugars.
We use a little bit of cane sugar to sweeten some of our cookies.
The malt syrup we use is a blend of corn syrup and malted barley extract, and this gives our cookies a rich, sweet, malted flavor as well as a caramel color.
We love the sweet and slightly smoky flavor and light brown color that molasses adds to our cookies, and it pairs excellently with the other spices we use, such as cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
We use a mix of natural flavors to help add additional depth and dimension to our cookies. These flavors include: natural apple flavor, natural butter flavor, natural lemon oil, natural orange oil, natural vanilla flavor, peanut butter flavor, and natural raspberry flavor.
We add natural coloring to our cookies by using dried beet powder. This powder is naturally rich in vitamins, minerals, and nitrate.
